And if a soft seater is more your idea of musical mellow, Midnight Hour has two shows at the Rialto Theater in Loveland on Saturday, January 10! A Classic Rock matinee at 3, and a Motown, Disco, Funk, and Soul Revue at 7.
Over the last month or two, I’ve been introducing yas to stuff I did with Geoff Meyer and the PowerHouse Blues Band – way back in the day (East Saint Louie Woman and Flyin’ On A Friday). This is all a buildup to the new project Geoff and I have cooked up – we’ve been writin’ and recordin’. We’re about ready to start sharing. But first, one last Meyer/Bear composition from 1994 – Working Man. In contrast to the two previous offerings, this one is a little more sedate. Yet still full intensity.
Lastly – while the gestation period was long, at least it was not arduous. This collab between Punk Apestrong and Joe Bear is ready for the light of day. Going live on 2026 Jan 09, Already Been Done is available for preview on iTunes, Spotify, Tidal, and all the other usual music sources. Full release in the young new year!
